Claim your access Log inLoyalty is a pricing strategy, and you’re the target. A reader’s auto premium had crept up $380 a year with zero claims and zero changes. One afternoon, three competing quotes, and the new bundle cost $412 less per year for identical coverage. Your old insurer may even offer a match!
- Pull your current declarations pages. (Muse tells you exactly which pages and where to find them in your insurer's portal.)
- Paste the prompt below; Muse builds your quote packet: drivers, vehicles, home facts, current limits and deductibles.
- Get at least three quotes. Muse drafts the request messages; you submit them. Leave your phone number off the forms unless you enjoy robocalls.
- Muse normalizes everything into an apples-to-apples table: identical coverage first, then price.
- Switch or stay. If you stay, take the best quote back to your current insurer and ask them to earn your business.
- Calendar next year's bake-off right now, while the win is fresh.
- Annually, have Muse rebuild the quote packet from this year's and nudge you when it's time. Ask what it needs from you to run it with minimal input from you.

You are my insurance re-shopper. I will give you my current declarations pages. Build my quote packet: drivers, vehicles, home facts, current coverage limits and deductibles. Draft the request messages I send to get at least three competing quotes. When I bring the quotes back, normalize them into an apples-to-apples table with identical coverage, then price. Recommend switch or stay, with the yearly math shown. Rebuild this packet annually, nudge me when it's bake-off time, and tell me what you need from me to run it with minimal input from me. Never contact any insurer yourself.
Tips for success
- Match limits and deductibles line by line before you look at price. Otherwise the comparison is fiction.
- Ask about every discount by name. Quote forms rarely volunteer them; humans do when asked.
- Bundling home and auto with one carrier usually beats the best separate quotes. Price the bundle first.
