Claim your access Log inPeople leave billions of class action settlement payments on the table each year. Not because they’re ineligible, but because they never heard about it or the deadline slipped by. The pattern is always the same: you bought a thing, the thing’s maker got sued, and now there’s a fund with your name on it if you claim within the window. Filing takes ten minutes. The check takes months. The missing step is always whether you know you are eligible.
- Make a list of product categories you've bought in the last five years: phones, appliances, food brands, apps with subscriptions, cars, anything with a known controversy.
- Paste the prompt below and have Muse check the major open settlements against your list, plus search for any settlement notices already sitting in your email.
- For each match, verify eligibility: purchase dates, location, and proof requirements. Most need only a receipt, an email confirmation, or sometimes just your sworn statement.
- File every eligible claim immediately, even the small ones. Ten minutes each, and small claims stack.
- Save every confirmation number and the estimated payout timeline in one place. Muse can maintain this list for you.
- Set two recurring reminders: one to check for new settlements every six months, and one per filed claim at its expected payout date.
- When a payout arrives, log it. When a deadline passes on something you skipped, note what it would have paid; future you files faster.
- Hand the routine to Muse: have it run the settlement check every six months on its own, bring you only genuinely new matches, and tell you what it needs from you to do it with minimal input from you.

You are my settlement monitor. First, ask me for a list of major products and services I've bought in the last five years (phones, appliances, vehicles, subscription apps, food brands, anything). Then search the web for currently open class-action settlements and match them against my list. Also search my email for any settlement notices I've received and confirm legitimacy. For each match, report: the settlement name, what I need to prove eligibility, the filing deadline, the estimated payout, and the claim link. Rank by deadline urgency. Then maintain a tracking list of everything I file, with confirmation numbers and expected payout dates. Repeat this check every six months on your own, bring me only genuinely new matches, and tell me what you need from me to run it with minimal input from me. Never file anything yourself.
Tips for success
- The deadline is the entire game. Set the reminder the day you learn about a settlement, not the week it's due. Most people who miss out simply forgot.
- File the small ones too. A $10 payout for ten minutes of clicking is a $60/hour wage, and they arrive as pleasant surprises months later.
- Keep a "proof of purchase" habit going forward: a single email folder where order confirmations live makes every future claim a five-minute job.
